Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I am a busy working professional, as I know many of us are. Working in health care, I have seen many people struggle with the desire to get fit and live healthy, but virtually no idea of how or where to start! This blog will follow my fitness journey, explore various options for new additions to a workout routine, and provide little tid-bits on food and life.
I personally believe that there is a style of exercise that is optimal (and different!) for each individual person. We are all different, so why shouldn’t our workouts be??? The best workout for you should be one that challenges you, excites you, and keeps you wanting to come back for more. Sometimes it takes a few tries to figure out what exactly that is, and I am here to accompany you on that journey of discovery.
